At Cloverlea, our cat-only salon provides expert grooming in a peaceful, caring setting. From gentle coat maintenance to extensive matt removal, every visit is tailored to each cat's individual requirements.

Professional Cat Only Grooming Services
We offer a specialised cat-only grooming service alongside our cattery. We prioritise your cat’s safety in a quiet, professional salon providing a full range of services from nail trims to lion trims. This service is available to cats boarding with us and also non boarders.
Christine and Jodie, our 2 ipet qualified and experience groomers always work together to ensure the safest and highest standard for each cat/groom.
All grooms include and eye/ear clean & nail trim. Each groom whether short or long haired falls within a price range and will include a variety of different services as required (listed below).
We are unable to give an exact estimate upon enquiry as this will depend on your cat’s specific needs, coat condition, age, health, temperament (handling) and detailed customer requirements which will be assessed on the day of appointment.
Our Grooming Services for Every Cat’s Needs
From quick trims to complete spa-style packages, every treatment is handled with unhurried care. Our skilled carers and calm environment ensure that even the most nervous cats leave looking and feeling better
Bath and Dry
We bathe your cat using high-quality, safe products that leave their coat shiny, silky, and thoroughly clean.
(Products are kitten-safe, non-toxic, vegan-friendly, not tested on animals, and fully biodegradable.)
Lion Trim
This service involves removing the coat from the neck to the tail, leaving the head and legs intact. It’s ideal for matted cats.
Panel Trim
We clip the fur on your cat’s belly from between the front legs to between the back legs. This is recommended for cats with thick fur, matting issues, or those who struggle with heavy coats.
Hygiene Trim
Aimed at keeping cats clean, this trim is particularly beneficial for long-haired cats prone to dirt or faeces getting stuck in their fur.
Matt Removal
We gently remove matts in your cat’s coat using safe clippers to avoid injury. We only shave when necessary and will attempt to brush out the matts if possible.
Additional Handling
For cats with challenging temperaments or those requiring extra care during matt removal, an additional handler may be required to ensure the safety and comfort of your cat.
Nail Trim Only
Starting from £15 plus VAT, we trim only the tip of your cat’s nails, ensuring they remain neat and tidy.

Cloverlea Is A Wonderful Cattery!
Our boys don't travel very well, and Cloverlea were incredibly understanding and looked after them perfectly to make sure they settled in quickly with lots of love and cuddles. When we arrived to pick them up, they were both very content and weren't at all in a hurry to leave!
